Homemade Turkey Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Form golf-ball-sized (or a little larger) balls.
  3. Heat 1 inch of extra virgin olive oil in a tall skillet/sauce pan and cook meatballs until golden brown.
  4. Makes about 14-16 meatballs.
