Honey-Glazed Chicken Salad

  1. Grate zest from 1 orange; mix with 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing and honey.
  3. Pour over chicken in shallow glass dish.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate, turning after 15 min.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Heat broiler.
  8. Broil chicken, 4 inches from heat, 5 min.
  9. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  10. Transfer to cutting board; cover with foil.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. Meanwhile, peel and slice oranges.
  13. Slice chicken.
  14. Cover platter with lettuce; top with oranges, chicken, onions and bacon.
  15. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
