Festive Vegetable Dip

• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
• 1 ounce Italian salad dressing mix, such as Good Seasons
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 8 ounces sour cream

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Serve Chilled with chips or crackers.
