Fruit Phyllo Baskets

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spray 1 phyllo sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Fold crosswise in half; spray again.
  4. Cut into 24 (2-inch) squares; stack to make 4 stacks of 6 squares each.
  5. Place 1 stack in each of 4 mini muffin cups.
  6. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
  7. Bake 5 to 7 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Carefully remove from muffin cups; cool completely.
  10. Mix cream cheese product and 1/4 cup Cool Whip in medium bowl until well blended.
  11. Stir in berries; spoon into phyllo cups just before serving.
  12. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
