Sea Food Gumbo Recipe

  1. Saute/fry minced green and warm peppers, onion, cloves of garlic and okra till soft, not brown.
  2. Add in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and all the seafood.
  3. Simmer only for 3 hrs.
  4. (It is necessary to stir constantly till a heavy sauce is formed to prevent sticking.)
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Serves 6 people.
