Beetroot Salad With Ginger Syrup Recipe

  1. Drain beetroot.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, ginger and juices in a pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Add in beetroot and simmer gently for 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cold.
  5. Serve cool sprinkled with minced spring onions.
  6. Great for BBQ
