Exquisite Creamy Chocolate Mousse
- 2 bars Milk chocolate
- 200 grams Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Gelatin powder
- 1 tbsp Water
- Prep Unwrap the chocolate bars and break with your fingers.
- Put the water into a microwave-safe cup, add the gelatin, and microwave for 5 minutes to soften.
- Put the ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- Take it out and leave for a while to let the chocolate melt with the residual ehat.
- Mix gently with a rubber spatula until the chocolate has completely melted.
- If it seems to require more heating, microwave for 20 seconds at a time while watching it carefully.
- Put the mixture from Step 3 into a mixer and mix for about 2 minutes.
- Heat the gelatin from Step 1 for 30 seconds so it melts completely.
- Add to the mixer and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and put in the refrigerator to set.
- If you have time, garnish with freshly whipped cream for a pretty look.
- This will just melt in your mouth!
