Lucy's Tuna Casserole Recipe
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can lowfat milk
- 1 lg. can tuna
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Fold in bowl well, set aside in refrigerator.
- Boil 1/2 box egg noodles; drain.
- Mix all ingredients together, pour into lightly greased 2 qt casserole dish.
- Cover with shredded cheese or possibly strips of cheese.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 30 min.
