Tallarines Verdes con Bistec (green spaghetti with steak)

  1. Cook pasta as directed on box
  2. In a blender add spinach, basil, queso fresco, evap milk and 2 tablespoons of oil and blend til liquify.
  3. You can add more milk if need be.
  4. Once pasta is done drain and set aside use a pan or skillet to heat up sauce after a few minutes add the pasta to the sauce and you can leave on low heat.
  5. Now just fried the steaks I use the other 2 tablespoons of oil and Dale's steak seasoning.
  6. If you got your steaks cut thin you can cook them for about 3minutes each side .
  7. Serve and enjoy!
