Tallarines Verdes con Bistec (green spaghetti with steak)
- 1/2 bag of spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 block of queso fresco about 6oz.
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 box spaghetti
- 1 salt n pepper to taste I use about one fourth teaspoon of each
- 4 Palomilla steaks cut thin
- 4 tbsp Dale's steak seasoning (I can only find it at publix)
- Cook pasta as directed on box
- In a blender add spinach, basil, queso fresco, evap milk and 2 tablespoons of oil and blend til liquify.
- You can add more milk if need be.
- Once pasta is done drain and set aside use a pan or skillet to heat up sauce after a few minutes add the pasta to the sauce and you can leave on low heat.
- Now just fried the steaks I use the other 2 tablespoons of oil and Dale's steak seasoning.
- If you got your steaks cut thin you can cook them for about 3minutes each side .
- Serve and enjoy!
