Russian Cookie Recipe (Suharkie) Recipe

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Add in slightly beaten Large eggs; add in vanilla.
  3. Then dry ingredients sifted together.
  4. Mix well with hands, if need to, and the dough should roll away from sides of the bowl.
  5. Healthy pinch off half of the dough and roll out on floured surface.
  6. Cut dough in strips.
  7. Twist through the hole like a tie and deep fry.
  8. Roll in powdered sugar when cooled.
