  1. Preheat barbecue grill to Medium
  2. Mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup sherry wine, 2 Honey, 1 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 cup KC Materpiece Sauce, add one smashed clove garlic and 2 tsp fresh ginger and juice of 1/2 a lemon, add 2 pounds pork loincut into 1 1/2" medallions, Salt/Pepper
  3. Marinate at room temperature 20 minutes
  4. Grill and baste often, season with salt and pepper
  5. Great over pasta, rice or rolled up in tortillas with cheese
