Peach Pie Filling (Freezer) Recipe
- 4 quart. sliced peaches
- 2 teaspoon fruit fresh
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Tapioca (minute)
- 1/4 - 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix all together; divide into 4 freezer containers and freeze.
- To use, thaw and pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie plate.
- Top with pastry or possibly crumb.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min till bubbly thick.
