Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges
- 6 large red potatoes
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil, melted
- 1 1/2 tea finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.
- Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.
- Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes.
- Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly.
- Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
