Garlic Roasted Potato Wedges

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.
  3. Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.
  4. Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly.
  7. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
