Cheese-Flavored Fried Salmon and Spinach
- 2 pieces Lightly Salted Salmon
- 3 bunches Spinach
- 3 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp Panko
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 Oil for deep frying
- Rinse the spinach and drain excess water.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute.
- When it's slightly cooked, squeeze out the water.
- Chop off the ends.
- Chop each filet into thirds and remove the bones.
- Combine ingredients in a container and mix well.
- Combine ingredients in a different container and mix well.
- Wrap the spinach around the salmon (use about 3 to 4 leaves of spinach for 1 whole piece of salmon.)
- Wrap firmly beginning with the stem and ending with the leaf.
- Dredge the salmon and spinach with beaten eggs from step 2, then mixed ingredients from step 3.

- Heat oil to 340F/170C and deep-fry ingredients prepped in step 6.
- Flip over and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil.
- Chop into halves before serving.
