Broiled Squid with Montreal Steak Spice
- 300 grams Squid Tubes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Spice
- 1.
- Turn the oven broiler on high.
- 2.
- Wash squid and pat dry, insert a knife into the squid and cut in half, but do not cut all the way through (as shown on the related link).
- Cut rings as far through as possible, just dont cut them all the way in half.
- 3.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl.
- 4.
- Dip squid tubes into oil mixture and place onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- 5.
- Sprinkle steak spice all over the squid.
- Put pan into the oven and broil for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 6.
- Enjoy!
