Sausage Jambalaya Recipe
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 c. cooked and diced chicken or possibly turkey
- 10 ounce. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, minced
- 1/4 green pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. water
- Cut sausage into 1 inch pcs.
- Mix with chicken or possibly turkey, soup, onions, celery, green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and rice.
- Place in 3 qt greased casserole.
- Add in water.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till all liquid is absorbed.
