Big Cookie Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon dry lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins ( 3/4 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Sweet and low (brown)
- 3/4 ounce Uncooked oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- Drop whole thing on to pam sprayed cookie sheet Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350F
- Makes 1 serving: 1 Protein,1/4 Lowfat milk, 1 Bread, 1 Fruit, 1 Fat.
