Classic Tabbouleh
- 1 cup bulgur, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 medium tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup green onion slices
- Mix bulgur and boiling water in large bowl; cover.
- Let stand 20 min.
- or until bulgur is softened.
- Stir in oil, juice, garlic and salt until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
