Curried Pilaf Recipe

  1. About 30 min before serving:

  3. In a bowl combine all ingredients.
  4. 2.
  5. Heat 2 3/4 c. water to boiling and stir in rice mix.
  6. 3.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 min till rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
  8. Fluff lightly before serving.
  9. About 6 servings, 175 calories per serving.
