Curried Pilaf Recipe
- 1 c. reg. long grain rice
- 2/3 c. seedless raisins
- 1/3 c. dry apples, minced
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- About 30 min before serving:

- In a bowl combine all ingredients.
- 2.
- Heat 2 3/4 c. water to boiling and stir in rice mix.
- 3.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 min till rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
- Fluff lightly before serving.
- About 6 servings, 175 calories per serving.
