OREO Cookie Bread Pudding
- 4 cups day-old French bread cubes (1 inch)
- 16 OREO Cookies, quartered
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat.
- Pour into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until center is set.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
