Beefy Tater Casserole #SP5
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 8 ounces milk
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Brown the ground beef and drain.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Add potatoes, ground beef and black pepper; mix gently.
- Grease 8x8 pan and pour in mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes and enjoy!
