Red & Green Cheesecake Recipe
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
- Fresh strawberries
- Melted strawberry jelly
- mint sprigs
- Mix 2 pkg.
- (8 oz.
- each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp.
- vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Blend in 2 eggs.
- Pour into ready-to-use graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.
- or 9-inch).
- Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, arrange 2 rows of halved strawberries around edge; brush lightly with melted strawberry jelly.
- Tuck small mint sprigs into the fruit so that each slice will have some red and green color when cut.
- Makes 8 servings.
