Molded Cottage Cheese And Horseradish Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatins in water; cold.
  2. Add in pineapple, lemon juice, and evaporated lowfat milk.
  3. Refrigeratetill thick and syrupy.
  4. Mix nuts, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese together.
  5. Stir into gelatin.
  6. Pour into mold rinsed with cool water.
  7. Refrigeratetill set.
  8. Unmold.
  9. Serves 10-12.
