Frozen Choco-Minty Pizza

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Pour milk into large bowl.
  3. Add dry pudding mixes.
  4. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  5. Stir in mint extract.
  6. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.
  7. Spread pudding mixture evenly onto cookie crust.
  8. Cover with remaining whipped topping; drizzle with fudge topping.
  9. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
  10. Cut into 12 slices.
  11. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
