Easy Peasy Blueberry Cobbler with Brown Butter
- 1 box yellow cake mix (or any flavor you like)
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray a 9x13 inch, you can also use a 11x7 pan if you want your cobbler thicker.
- Place blueberries in a medium size bowl and mix in sugar.
- Stir well and sit aside.
- Place butter in a small saucepan on med high heat, melt butter but continue to watch it and stir constantly til it turns a light brownish color, it will get a slight nutty smell.
- Remove from heat.
- Using a whisk or mixer, whisk together cake mix and brown butter til you get a crumbly mixture.
- Pour blueberry mixture into bottom of pan and sprinkle cake mix crumbles over the top.
- Bake for 40 min or until a nice golden brown color on top.
- Serve with vanilla icecream if you so wish!

- You could use any berries you like in this recipe, you can also use any cake mix.
- I have done strawberry mix with strawberries, I have also done blueberries with pineapple flavored cake mix which was awesome!
