Egg Custard Recipe

  1. Scald the lowfat milk in a saucepan and set aside to cold.
  2. Beat the Large eggs and beat in remaining ingredients, including cooled lowfat milk.
  3. Bake in a large unbaked pie shell at 375 degrees or possibly in small individual custard c. at 350 degrees till filling is done.
  4. Knife comes out clean.
