Egg Custard Recipe
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 Large eggs
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Scald the lowfat milk in a saucepan and set aside to cold.
- Beat the Large eggs and beat in remaining ingredients, including cooled lowfat milk.
- Bake in a large unbaked pie shell at 375 degrees or possibly in small individual custard c. at 350 degrees till filling is done.
- Knife comes out clean.
