Breaded Tilapia with Black Bean Salsa

  1. Place cracker crumbs in pie plate.
  2. Brush fish with 3 Tbsp.
  3. mayo.
  4. Dip fish in crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
  5. Mix remaining mayo and jalapenos.
  6. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  7. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Add fish, in batches; cook 3 min.
  9. on each side or until fish is golden brown on both sides and flakes easily with fork.
  10. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  11. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  12. Top fish with mayo mixture.
  13. Serve with bean mixture.
