Breaded Tilapia with Black Bean Salsa
- 35 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 6 tilapia fillets (1-1/2 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 pkg For $10.98 thru 02/14
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, divided
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeno slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil, divided
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Juice from 1 lime
- Place cracker crumbs in pie plate.
- Brush fish with 3 Tbsp.
- mayo.
- Dip fish in crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
- Mix remaining mayo and jalapenos.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add fish, in batches; cook 3 min.
- on each side or until fish is golden brown on both sides and flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
- Top fish with mayo mixture.
- Serve with bean mixture.
