Crock Cordon Bleu

  1. Preparation.
  2. Pound chicken to 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place ham and cheese on each breast.
  4. Fold chicken and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Combine flour and seasonings.
  6. Use this mixture to coat chicken.
  7. In skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  8. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  9. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  10. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
