Grilled Squid With Garlic Butter and Soy Sauce
- 1 Squid (about 20 cm)
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp Butter (or margarine)
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 leaf Shiso leaf
- Gut the squid, wash, and cut into 1 cm pieces.
- Slice the shiso leaf into thin strips.
- Coat a frying pan with olive oil.
- Add the grated garlic and squid, and grill.
- Once the squid is cooked through, add the butter and soy sauce and quickly stir-fry.
- Stop the heat, add the shiso leaf from Step 1 and mix together.
- Serve on the plate.
