Grilled Squid With Garlic Butter and Soy Sauce

  1. Gut the squid, wash, and cut into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Slice the shiso leaf into thin strips.
  3. Coat a frying pan with olive oil.
  4. Add the grated garlic and squid, and grill.
  5. Once the squid is cooked through, add the butter and soy sauce and quickly stir-fry.
  6. Stop the heat, add the shiso leaf from Step 1 and mix together.
  7. Serve on the plate.
