Hamburger Mushroom Quiche Recipe
- 1 lbs. lean hamburger
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced
- 2 cans mushrooms, liquid removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 1/2 inch)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown meat and drain off fat.
- Combine cheese, mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs and cornstarch.
- Stir in onion, mushrooms and meat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 min till puffy and golden.
- Serves 6 to 8.
