Bacon Kale Chips
- 4 strips Bacon
- 1 bunch Kale
- 2 Tablespoons Bacon Fat
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- 2.
- In a pan, fry up 4 pieces of bacon until crispy.
- Remove bacon from the pan and chop it into small pieces.
- Save the bacon fat in a small bowl.
- 3.
- Take the kale and tear or cut the leaves from the stems.
- 4.
- Wash the kale in a salad spinner and place into a large bowl.
- 5.
- Mix the kale with bacon, bacon fat, paprika, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
- Ensure all pieces of kale are thoroughly coated.
- 6.
- Lay the kale out onto the cookie sheet and bake at 350F for approximately 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
- 7.
- Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
