Bacon Kale Chips

  2. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

  4. In a pan, fry up 4 pieces of bacon until crispy.
  5. Remove bacon from the pan and chop it into small pieces.
  6. Save the bacon fat in a small bowl.

  8. Take the kale and tear or cut the leaves from the stems.

  10. Wash the kale in a salad spinner and place into a large bowl.
  11. 5.
  12. Mix the kale with bacon, bacon fat, paprika, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  13. Ensure all pieces of kale are thoroughly coated.
  14. 6.
  15. Lay the kale out onto the cookie sheet and bake at 350F for approximately 10-12 minutes or until crispy.

  17. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
