Potato And Fish Antipasto Recipe
- 2 c. cool, cooked, diced potatoes
- 1 (6 3/4 ounce.) can tuna fish
- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- 2 tbsp. ripe olives, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered mustard
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- Combine ingredients; refrigerateseveral hrs.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
- Serves 6-8.
