Potato Filling

  1. Prepare the potatoes.
  2. Fry the bread, onions, salt and pepper in olive oil until brown and crispy.
  3. Stir bread mixture into potatoes.
  4. Add turkey drippings until smooth.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  6. If you make it a day ahead, bake for 45 minutes.
  7. The top should be crispy.
  8. It makes great leftovers!
