Saltine Cracker Toffee Recipe

  1. Lay crackers side by side in 10"x15" jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with edge).
  2. Bring butter and sugar to boil and continue boiling till soft ball stage.
  3. Pour toffee over crackers.
  4. Bake in 400 degree oven for 5 to 7 min.
  5. Watch carefully so doesn't burn.
  6. Sprinkle chips over toffee/crackers and return to oven for 30 seconds to heat.
  7. Cold to set and harden.
  8. Crack and enjoy.
