yogurt fried chicken
- 1 1/2 pints plain yogurt
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cup sr flour
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- in a Ziploc bag add chicken thighs and yogurt marinate over night in refrigerator
- take flour amd spices mix in a container you can dredge the chicken in after dredging let rest make sure you have coated the yogurt covered chicken deep fry
