Okara and Kabocha Balls For Bentos
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 1/4 Kabocha squash (large)
- 1 cube Cream cheese (I used "kiri")
- 2 tsp Ketchup
- 1 dash Salt
- Microwave the okara and kabocha separately.
- (Steam the kabocha for 3-5 minutes and the okara 2 minutes.)
- Mash the kabocha while still hot, and combine with the okara.
- Mix in the cream cheese, ketchup and salt.
- When the colour is even, roll them into rounds, place them on aluminium foil and bake in the toaster oven.
- They are done when they turn golden.
