Crab, Bacon, & Mushroom Salad
- 8 ounces white crab, drained
- 12 slices bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 ounces grated carrots
- 4 ounces grated red cabbage
- 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 ounces green onions, chopped
- Fry bacon and drain on a papertowel lined plate.
- Or buy precooked.
- Rinse and dry lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and tomato.
- Clean mushrooms with a moist towel, do not rinse.
- Chop the bacon, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, tomato, and mushrooms.
- In a large bowl or salad bowl, mix lettuce, carrots, and red cabbage together.
- Layer mushrooms, tomato, bacon, cheese, crab, and green onions.
- Serve with Marie's Blue Cheese Viniagrette.
