Crab, Bacon, & Mushroom Salad

  1. Fry bacon and drain on a papertowel lined plate.
  2. Or buy precooked.
  3. Rinse and dry lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and tomato.
  4. Clean mushrooms with a moist towel, do not rinse.
  5. Chop the bacon, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, tomato, and mushrooms.
  6. In a large bowl or salad bowl, mix lettuce, carrots, and red cabbage together.
  7. Layer mushrooms, tomato, bacon, cheese, crab, and green onions.
  8. Serve with Marie's Blue Cheese Viniagrette.
