Old Bay Coleslaw
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
- 3 tsp (15 ml) equal more or less your choice
- 2-1/2 tsp (12.5 ml) to 3 tsp (15 ml) Old Bay Seasoning
- 7 cups (1650 ml) shredded cabbage
- 2 cups (475 ml) shredded carrots
- In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and Old Bay.
- Mix in cabbage and carrots.
- Chill 2 hours or until ready to serve.
