Microwave Chocolate-VELVEETA Fudge
- 1 pkg. (2 lb.) powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup butter or margarine, cut up
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- Mix sugar and cocoa powder until blended.
- Microwave butter and VELVEETA in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.
- Add sugar mixture gradually, stirring after each addition until blended.
- (Note: You may have to knead in the last sugar addition by hand.)
- Add nuts; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
