Biltmore Bacon Dressing Recipe

  1. Saute/fry bacon and drain off 2/3 of pan drippings leaving 1/3 third in pan.
  2. Add in celery and onion and saute/fry.
  3. Add in vinegar and turn up the heat to reduce by half.
  4. Then add in the dijon mustard and seasonings, sugar, and kitchen bouquet.
  5. Cook a bit then add in the cornstarch mix (cornstarch + cool water) Cook till thickened.
  6. Cold.
  7. Keep in glass jars.
  8. Reheat in microwave and serve over greens
