Salmon Parcels
- 23 pounds, 58 ounces, weight Chinese Cabbage, Finely Sliced
- 1 whole Red Pepper
- 2-13 ounces, weight Snow Peas
- 4 whole Salmon Filltes (115 Grams Each)
- 4 tablespoons, 2-78 pinches Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 whole Spring Onions
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste

- Cut 4 large pieces of baking paper and fold each piece in half.
- Place them opened on a worktop and keep separately.
- 2.
- Mix the cabbage, pepper and snow peas.
- Divide the vegetables over the 4 parcels and place a salmon fillet on each one.
- 3.
- Mix in a smaal bowl the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over the salmon and vegetables.
- Fold the empty half of the baking paper over the food and fold the edges, closing the parcels.
- 4.
- Place parcels on a large oven tray and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200C oven.
- Note: if you do not have baking paper, just use aluminum foil.
- This will work just as well.
- You can do this with all sorts of fish and vegetables.
- Just be creative.
