Cool Watermelon-Spinach Salad with Feta

  1. Heat heavy large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add sugar and nuts; cook 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until sugar melts and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly.
  4. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
  5. Place spinach on platter; top with watermelon and cheese.
  6. Coarsely chop nuts; sprinkle over salad.
  7. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
