Pineapple Chutney

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until chutney reaches desired thickness.
  3. Refrigerate.
