Hot Pimento Cheese Dip
- 1- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 ounces, weight Jar Diced Pimento, Drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Onion, Finely Grated
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Stir together all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl.
- Stir in the cheeses.
- (You can certainly pick different cheeses to suit your tastebuds!
- I use white cheddar sometimes and its yummy.)
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until dip is golden and bubbly.
- Serve on the toast as mentioned in the description or eat it on a Ritz cracker like I do.
- Its also great with fresh veggies.
