Rustic Onion Tart

  1. Cook onions and bacon in skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min.
  2. or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Heat oven to 400F.
  4. Unroll pie crust on baking sheet.
  5. Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread onto crust.
  6. Spoon onion mixture onto center of crust, leaving 2-inch border.
  7. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  8. Fold border over filling, leaving opening in center and pleating crust as necessary to fit.
  9. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  10. or until crust is lightly browned.
  11. Cool slightly.
