Rustic Onion Tart
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- Cook onions and bacon in skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min.
- or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Unroll pie crust on baking sheet.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream; spread onto crust.
- Spoon onion mixture onto center of crust, leaving 2-inch border.
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Fold border over filling, leaving opening in center and pleating crust as necessary to fit.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until crust is lightly browned.
- Cool slightly.
