HCG Diet meal 10: lemon grass, cabbage and fish

  1. chop cabbage and place in a pot along with lemon grass, some salt and pepper.
  2. sautee for about 5 -7 minutes till the cabbage starts to wilt.
  3. no water or oil added.
  4. chop the fish into cubes and season with salt and pepper and cumin.
  5. place the fish on top of the cabbage and cover the pot on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. done :) u may add lemon juice.
  7. and remove the lemon grass sticks
  8. you may also cook this recipe in the oven.
  9. covered with foil for around 30 - 40 minutes on 180c with half a cup of water if needed.
  10. chop lemon grass into bits

cabbage, fillet, layer of lemon grass, salt, ground cumin
