Grilled Steak and Potato Salad

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Grill steak 5 min.
  3. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
  4. Remove steak from barbecue; cover.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  7. Cover platter with lettuce; top with meat, potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
  8. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
