Pralined Pecans-Low Sugar

  1. Preheat oven 250 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip water and egg white until frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together Splenda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Add pecans to the egg white and water, coating nuts evenly.
  5. Add the sugar mixture to the bowl and mix until pecans are coated.
  6. Spread the pecans on a foil-covered cookie sheet (trust me, youll thank me for this later when youre cleaning up).
  7. Bake for one hour; stir every 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
