Summer Soup
- 1 12 lbs shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 2 avocados
- 3 celery ribs
- 3 green onions
- 14 cup fresh cilantro
- 46 ounces V8 vegetable juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 12 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning salt
- Cut up first five ingredients into small bite size pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
- Stir well.
- Chill for 24 hours.
