Mary's Creamy Chocolate Mint Pie Recipe
- 1 graham crust
- 1 pkg. instant sugar free chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk, divided
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- Mix chocolate pudding mix with 1 c. lowfat milk; mix in 1 c. lowfat sour cream.
- Pour in prepared pie shell.
- Chill while you continue.
- Mix vanilla pudding with 1 c. lowfat milk, 1/8 tsp.
- peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring.
- Mix in Cold Whip.
- Pour on top of chocolate pudding and chill.
- Garnish with more Cold Whip and shaved chocolate.
